The Peak Pilates® Reformer Spring is an original replacement spring for Reformers from the Peak Pilates® Metal Line. The springs are available in four different resistance levels, allowing you to adjust the resistance of the Reformer to suit the exercise and desired training level.

Available in four resistance levels:

• Extra Light – Green: the lightest resistance

• Light – Blue: light resistance

• Medium – Yellow: medium resistance for a wide variety of exercises

• Heavy – Red: the strongest resistance for exercises requiring more resistance

The springs are sold individually. By combining different resistance levels, you can easily adjust the total resistance for each exercise.

Peak Pilates® recommends replacing the springs every two years. The springs should also be checked regularly for signs of wear. If visible gaps appear between the coils, the spring should be replaced immediately.
